Kerdic is an award-winning family-owned, Property development and building company. The name Kerdic is a tribute to our grandfathers Robert Kerr and Donald Dickson. The Dickson family had a vision to create architectural, sustainable and luxurious houses and from this Kerdic was created. Throughout our 33 years of existence, this passion for excellence has been evident in every aspect of our work. It has been recognised in the many industry awards we have received for our homes and developments and is the recognised hallmark of every one of our projects.
