2001 – 2010: Developments

After establishing Kerdic in 1986, Jim immediately set about growing the business which over the years progressed from a local home builder to a developer of master planned communities. Kerdic’s developments now stretch from the Gold Coast to Cairns in far north Queensland as well as interest in international projects.

Oxley, Brisbane (48 Townhouse & Small Lot Houses) |  Argentea, Cairns (220 Lot Subdivision) | Everton Park, Brisbane (48 Owner occupier Townhouse & Units) | Palm Cove, Cairns (180 Lot Subdivision) | Forest Garden, Cairns (100 Lot Subdivision) | City View, Cairns (85 Lot Subdivision) | Parkland Estate, Raceview Ipswich (200 Lot Subdivision) | Ripley, Ipswich (1000 Lot Subdivision) Various multi-unit projects have also been developed in Brisbane within St Lucia, Toowong, Taringa, Auchenflower & Indooroopilly suburbs.
