Trevallyn

A landmark residence of exceptional history and character, this grand gabled Queenslander constructed in 1905 has been restored to its original glory. Sitting proud on a generous 1,001sqm allotment, every element of this exquisite home has undergone a sensational renovation. Retaining a wealth of period detail, the residence has been infused with cutting-edge technology, including a home automation system for security, home access lighting and air-conditioning. Kerdic built two custom homes side by side simultaneously in the upcoming growing suburb of Moorooka. House One showcases a striking aesthetic of sleek modern flooring, blonde oak finishes and architectural accents, the interior is infused with glowing natural light across each of its two flowing levels. The key to its design success is superior attention-to-details and the use of unique custom features. From the central staircase to a luxurious Family room upstairs with views of Brisbane City and Mt Cootha, the home’s timeless contemporary design exudes its own distinctive personality.

City Vista

City Vista is one of Kerdics boutique innovative residential developments comprising 24 townhouses and 14 apartments. Kerdic used 28 custom designed and built modules to construct the core of the four-storey apartment building at Everton Park in Brisbane’s north. City Vista is set on an escarpment with magnificent panoramic views including the Brisbane CBD. Featuring high quality fixtures, the two level townhouses are constructed as duplexes to maximise privacy.

These homes are both visually striking and highly functional, optimised for comfort in the Queensland climate all year round. The thoughtful use of different tones, colours, and textures creates warm and spacious family homes, with seamless integration of indoor and outside spaces.

New Farm

Kerdic recently finished renovating an old worker’s cottage into a beautiful boutique accommodation in the heart of New Farm. We worked closely with one of Brisbane’s leading Interior Design firms Wrightson Stewart to transform the worker’s cottage. The objective was to highlight the heritage details of a traditional inner-city worker’s cottage. This was achieved by Wrightson Stewart by the bold choice of colours in the bedrooms, traditional v-j’s and tiling details with contemporary light fixtures, black tap ware and custom built cabinetry. New Farm was completed in 2019.

Asquith

Kerdic worked alongside renowned architect Craig Channon from Channon Architects to design and build 2 magnificent homes simultaneously located in Morningside, Brisbane. Asquith was completed in 2020.
