Our story with Modular Construction began in 2011.

KERDIC with its business partner HEXA Group, sister company Nova Deko have a state-of-the-art production facility in which all our Modular constructions take place. 

In 2022 we are excited to be adding 20, 000 m2 extension to our factory, making it 50,000 m2 in total.
