KERDIC is excited to be a part of this transitional social housing project in Kam Tin, Hong Kong. Working alongside our sister company, NOVADEKO and with SOCAM developments in Hong Kong, we are excited to commence work on this massive project in 2022. The design consists of 1037 individual modular units that will be completed within a 12-month timeframe to create a ‘mini city.’
